Bona announced the appointment of Jeff Sheaves as Territory Manager on the east coast with responsibility for Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Maryland. Sheaves brings more than 38 years of experience in the flooring industry as a contractor, business owner, and territory manager for manufacturers and distributors.
A United States Army veteran, Sheaves most recently owned Sheaves Floors LLC, a family operated business specializing in wood floor installation and refinishing. He transferred ownership of the business to his son, Aaron, so he could join the Bona team. Sheaves first began installing hardwood floors at age 16. Since then he has worked as territory manager for BHC Inc., Castex/Nobles Inc. and Hathaway Inc. He is a Virginia Class A Contractor, Bona Certified Craftsman, and NWFA Certified Sand & Finisher.
Sheaves earned an associate degree from the University of Maryland in business management.
