The University of Innovative Distribution (UID) In-A-Day is a new, one-day workshop dedicated to teaching sales leaders how to create a value-added sales culture and enhance their coaching abilities. The event will be held on November 6 in conjunction with the 2018 NAFCD Annual Convention in Dallas, Texas. Topics covered include:

- Recruiting and selection
- Setting sales objectives
- Training and developing
- Compensation and motivation
- Coaching your sales team
Paul Reilly, President of Reilly Sales Training, will be leading the workshop. “The sales department is a foundational pillar of any distribution or supplier company, no matter the product, and you have to invest in your people if you that pillar to remain strong for years to come. After leaving UID In-A-Day, sales managers will be equipped with the knowledge they need to aggressively compete in the marketplace and generate higher profits by extracting more value from their teams.”
