R.J. Brunelli & Co., LLC, exclusive leasing agent recently announced that a Floor & Décor superstore will anchor Richmond Plaza, a newly proposed shopping center located at the signalized intersection of Route 1 South and Route 35 (St. George Ave.) in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
Floor & Décor’s third New Jersey store will occupy a 74,200-square-foot freestanding building feet at the site, where construction is expected to begin next spring. Developer Mocci Industries of Woodbridge anticipates that tenants should begin opening in the fourth quarter of 2017.
