Loba-Wakol North America has promoted Karen Atilano to senior director of finance and administration. In this expanded leadership role, Atilano will continue to oversee the company’s financial operations while providing strategic direction across administrative services.
Atilano has been a valued member of the Loba-Wakol team since 2009, steadily advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently serving as manager of finance, she has played a critical role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation and operational infrastructure during a period of significant growth.
Throughout her tenure, Atilano has led and supported a broad range of functions, including finance, warehousing, IT, HR, and logistics, helping to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability across the organization. In her new role, the company says Atilano will focus on advancing financial strategy, optimizing operational processes, and supporting the company’s continued expansion while maintaining the strong internal controls and service standards that define Loba-Wakol.
