- March 31 – April 2: Intro to UV/LED Cured Flooring | St. Louis, MO. Get customers back into their homes and businesses sooner with the use of UV and LED light curing systems. This course introduces wood flooring professionals to the technology behind these quick-curing systems as well as the safety, application and curing processes, maintenance, and repairs for UV/LED cured floors. - April 7-10: Intermediate Installation + Certification Testing | King of Prussia, PA. This 3-day course includes in depth training on jobsite preparation, layout, understanding the science of wood, analysis of solid and engineered flooring, practice and instruction for nail/glue/floating installation methods of unfinished, factory finished, solid, and engineered flooring, as well as learning a variety of floor repair techniques and how to incorporate simple design elements into a floor. - April 14-17: Basic Installation and Sand + Finish | Columbus, OH. These introductory level courses are for anyone who is new to the wood flooring industry. Choose from 2 Day Basic Installation, 2 Day Sand + Finish, or save money and register for the 4 Day Basic Installation and Sand + Finish combination! 2 Day Basic Installation includes the history of wood flooring, an introduction to jobsite preparation, proper operation and use of wood flooring tools and equipment, installation of unfinished and factory finished solid and engineered flooring, and practice with nail, glue, and floating installation methods. 2 Day Basic Sand + Finish provides the fundamentals of sanding and finishing wood flooring, proper operation and uses of sanding equipment and tools, and practice with application of stains, sealers and finishes.
