Uzin Utz North America Inc. has announced the retirement of Mark Weglowski, who has been with the company for nearly 13 years and has more than 25 years of experience in the hardwood flooring industry.
Weglowski played a pivotal role in the growth of the PALLMANN brand in North America, building strong industry relationships, mentoring the team, and consistently delivering exceptional results with passion and professionalism. His leadership, vision, and dedication have left a lasting positive impact on PALLMANN and the entire Uzin Utz organization worldwide.
Uzin Utz expresses its sincere gratitude for Weglowski’s years of service to Uzin Utz North America, the PALLMANN brand, and the hardwood flooring industry; the company wishes him all the best in his well-deserved retirement.
Succeeding Weglowski as vice president of PALLMANN is Josh Neuberger, a seasoned professional with 12 years at Uzin Utz North America. Beginning his career in sales and marketing for PALLMANN, Neuberger later became director of marketing for all Uzin Utz North America brands. Most recently, he served as vice president of corporate strategy and development. With more than 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, Neuberger has been instrumental in numerous projects, including the construction of Uzin Utz North America’s dry-mortar plant in Waco, Texas, the restructuring of company logistics and warehouses, and the development of the global PASSION 2025 strategy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Consortium, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and an Associate’s Degree in Marketing.
