In May 2017, Teknos and Feyco Treffert merged to form a wood, metal, and architectural coatings company with operations in Europe, Asia, the United States, and Latin America. Together the company now provides extended services and a wider range of products due to a stronger geographical presence and enhanced production capabilities.
Following the merger, the company recently announced a change in the brand identity of Treffert Coatings US Inc. As of September 1, 2018, the company will officially trade as Teknos US Inc. This action has been taken to streamline the product portfolio from both companies (Teknos and Treffert) and to make it easier for its customers to learn more about the new product lines available in the region.
