Canlak Coatings announced the hiring of Frank Cesare as the new chief operating officer. He is a chemical engineer by education and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the chemical industry. Most recently Cesare was the vice president of operations at Meridian Adhesive Group where he led operations, EH&S, supply planning and execution, and engineering for 15 manufacturing sites.
Before joining Meridian Adhesives, Cesare held many operational and engineering positions with specialty and performance chemical manufacturers Elementis, Koppers, Ferro, and ICI. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, is a registered Professional Engineer (PE), and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
Cesare will be responsible for operations, EH&S, and Supply Chain for Canlak Coatings.
