Indusparquet Announces New Sales Team Members

Indusparquet, a manufacturer of Brazilian hardwood flooring, has announced the addition of Mitchell Jones and Bill Lipinski to their U.S. sales and marketing team. Jones will serve as business development manager for the company’s direct market of North and South Carolina and eastern Tennessee. Lipinski will serve the same role for Indusparquet’s Midwest direct market.

Jones arrives via Mannington, where he worked as the company’s territory manager in the Carolinas. In addition to that recent experience, Jones had extended stints with both CMH and later JJ Haines. Lipinski brings more than 25 years of experience to the position, working with specialty retailers, commercial flooring contractors as well as the A&D community. For the last eleven years, he served as the Midwest regional manager for Earthwerks where his primary responsibilities were working with major distributors and specialty retailers.

“We are thrilled to add these two high-quality individuals to the Indusparquet family. They fit into our culture and what we want to represent to our valued customers in these markets” said Jodie Doyle, vice president U.S. sales and marketing. “These additions come at a critical time for our company here in the U.S. market. Not only will they be helping us further promote the Indusparquet brand in these direct markets, but also introducing these markets to our brand new Poplar Hill brand. I cannot think of two better people to lead us in those key markets.”

Indusparquet also said they have experienced significant revenue growth in 2022, highlighted by their new Largo wide plank collection. The company is also introducing their Poplar Hill collection in markets where Indusparquet manages sales through their direct-to-retail channel. Poplar Hill launches in August with their eight SKU rigid core collection featuring Riverwood and Riverwood XL, which is a 9” x 60” EIR format with a 30-mil wear layer.

“We are seeing a real movement back towards some of the products and looks that have made Indusparquet known in the premium hardwood segment, as well as our Brazilian oak (Tauari) program which has become a huge winner for us,” Doyle said. “In the direct markets, we also want to utilize the talented folks we have on our team. Our ownership and management passionately believe that the Indusparquet brand stands for the absolute best Brazilian hardwood flooring manufactured and sold anywhere, and that will remain the case. The Poplar Hill brand stands alone and simply gives us another product to help us become important in those direct-to- retail markets.”
