PG Flooring is looking for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Sales Representative/Territory Manager in the Midwest territory of the United States.
Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, the Territory Manager is responsible for identifying potential opportunities, contacting the relevant professionals, presenting the company, opening new accounts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Targeting and solicit new customers
• Increasing PG Flooring’s market share in the Midwest
• Analyzing our positioning (market share) by territory
• Recommending to management actions to be taken to open new customers in existing or non-existing territories
• Visiting customers in a strategic and organized approach
• Establishing an action plan with customers
• Developing strategies to implement our customers’ action plans
• Implementing and promoting programs
• Handling all inquiries from potential customers
• Reassessing distribution agreements annually
• Maintaining customer and prospect activities on the company’s CRM system
• Informing management of any new developments in our industry (industry watch)
• Training our customers’ sales staff
• Setting up merchandising at our customers’ sites
• English-speaking or bilingual (English and French)
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Midwestern United States.
