Geneva Flooring in San Diego, California is looking to hire a full-time Flooring Sales Rep to represent our company to potential clients. Are you a self-starter with great people skills? This customer service position earns a competitive wage of $20.00/hour plus commission depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Flooring Sales Rep, you are the face of our company. You’re the first person to welcome customers into the showroom. You answer questions and help determine how we can best meet each customer’s flooring needs. Out in the field, you measure client homes, create estimates, and close sales. You’re constantly learning about new products to stay educated and share your knowledge with customers, and you connect with our vendors to determine pricing and availability. You’re the glue between our vendors and our clients. Behind the scenes, you work on administrative tasks as needed to help our team run smoothly. You get satisfaction from meeting sales goals while finding the perfect flooring solution for everyone we work with!
QUALIFICATIONS
Sales and customer service experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic math skills
Basic technology skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
