Geneva Flooring is growing and we are seeking a motivated and determined retail sales associate to join our team! Experience in any area of the flooring or construction industry is a plus, but is not required.

About the Position:
- Assist clients in the showroom and over the phone
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services
- Ask necessary questions to determine customer needs and expectations
- Help clients choose appropriate samples
- Call vendors to determine product availability and pricing
- Create accurate bids/invoices for clients
- Effectively communicate with clients, coworkers, and installers
- Be collaborative, dependable, and a team player
- Contribute towards monthly sales goals
- Help your team maintain a neat, organized, and up to date showroom
