Välinge announced that the company is continuing to expand its operations in Asia. Välinge Support Center China (VSCC), established in Kunshan in December 2019, is further expanding with additional testing capabilities. A flooring double-end tenoner will also be installed in early 2022. The VSCC facilities have been extended to house these additional capabilities. Additionally, the company is currently setting up a bonded warehouse in Shanghai for the delivery of the 5G Fold Down bristle tongue inserts starting in the first quarter of 2022.
The Välinge team in China has also recently expanded with the following personnel:
Stuart Lee – marketing manager
Stuart Lee joined the team in October as marketing manager. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, Lee has worked for a number of multi-national companies including Tiger Beer, Grundfos, and 3M China.
Eriya Yi – marketing assistantEriya Yi joined the team in August as marketing assistant. Yi graduated in 2021 with a degree in Business English.
Vera Yu – finance & HR manager
Vera Yu (FCCA, ACMA) joined the team in October as finance and HR manager. Yu has over 15 years of experience in finance and HR with multi-national trading companies.
