Quality Craft, a building products company focused on storage, outdoor living, and flooring products has announced the opening of its U.S. Support Center in Romeoville, Illinois.
“We continue our pursuit to offer world-class service to our customers by centralizing our U.S. Support Center,” said Dennis Hale, President of Quality Craft. “The new facility will allow Quality Craft to significantly improve operational efficiencies while becoming the global hub for our product development and marketing efforts.”
Among its many uses, the new building will also act as Quality Craft’s primary U.S. fulfillment center, where all domestic shipments, eCommerce, and consumer service activities will take place in addition to containing the company’s primary product showroom.
