iQ Power Tools has introduced the iQ426 HEPA Dust Extraction Vacuum, designed to meet OSHA’s silica dust requirements for working in construction applications.
The first two stages of the vacuum utilize cyclonic filtration, which pulls and captures different sized particles from the airstream, keeping them from reaching the final two stages. Less than 1% of the dust ever reaches the filter, which means the vacuum maintains optimum performance.
The iQ 426 HEPA uses a certified HEPA filter that captures 99.97% of dust at .3 µm. iQ Power tools states that this filter has been designed and tested to meet and exceed global standards for dust extraction machines.
