Horizon Forest Products announced the promotion of Travis Strickland to Inside Sales Team Member at the Raleigh Flooring Branch.
“We are excited to have Travis joining our Inside Sales Team here,” said Chris Williams, Raleigh Branch Manager of Horizon Forest Products. “He has been with Horizon for over a decade and has gained all the tools necessary to succeed in this new role. In his previous role as Operations Manager, Travis was a key component to our growth over the years and has grown relationships with so many of our customers.”
Prior to his promotion, Strickland worked as a Delivery Driver for Horizon Forest Products for four years and then as a Warehouse Team Member for another four years. Once proving his expertise in the warehouse, he advanced to Operations Manager position for six years.
“I am excited for this opportunity to grow and learn even more here,” said Strickland. “I believe my prior experience here will not only help me in this new role but also help the branch by providing a different perspective. I have always enjoyed learning new things. I am ready and eager to venture into this new chapter here at Horizon.”
