Mohawk Industries Inc. announced that Chief Financial Officer Frank H. Boykin plans to retire in 2019. The flooring company has started a search for his replacement, and after it selects a successor Boykin will act as a senior consultant to ease the transition.
Boykin joined Mohawk in 1993 and was appointed CFO in 2005.
