Fred Reitz has joined Encircle Products LLC as a partner and its new President. Encircle Products has developed molding programs and solutions that includes a full range of unfinished, primed and painted trims to solve the problems of availability and quality standards required of flooring installation at the same time keeping distribution’s costs competitive.
Reitz brings to Encircle Products LLC many years of executive management experience in the flooring industry. He joins the organization after 35 years with J. J. Haines & Co. LLC in Glen Burnie, MD, included successive leadership positions in operations, customer service, purchasing, sales and marketing.
Additionally, he served as the president of the NAFCD in 2010, holds an B.S. in education from University of Maryland and an MBA from Penn State Smeal College of Business.
