Bona® US announced the addition of four new Bona employees. Brad Scott and Niko Rontzocos have joined Bona’s Canadian team as Territory Contractor Specialists. Bill Erban and Frank Coppolino are the company’s newest Adhesive Specialists.
“We are happy Brad, Niko, Bill, and Frank have joined our growing team,” said Gregg Bethune, national sales manager, Bona US. “Our company is expanding, and we are continuing our mission to produce quality products and services for hardwood floor care and maintenance. These new additions to our dedicated staff will help us achieve these goals. They share a passion for this business and are eager to collaborate with our distributors, partners, contractors and Bona Certified Contractors.”
Brad Scott joins Bona as the new Territory Contractor Specialist for Western Canada. Before starting at Bona, he served as Project Manager for Oakmont Industries and worked as an Assistant Branch Manager for Windsor Plywood. With deep experience in the hardwood flooring industry, Scott is dedicated to sharing his knowledge with Bona’s distributors and contractors.
Niko Rontzocos, who is also joining the company as a Territory Contractor Specialist, will oversee the Quebec and Ontario regions in Canada. He has eight years of experience working with commercial and residential HVAC systems and will bring his knowledge of building maintenance to Bona. Additionally, with 18 years of experience in public relations, he strives to promote Bona’s innovative products and to build lasting relationships with distributors as well as craftsman.
As one of the company’s new Adhesive Specialists, Bill Erban will service distributors and contractors in MN, MI, WI, IL, IN, OH, KY, WV and TN. Erban has a long history in the flooring industry. Beginning his career at Century Tile when he was 18 years old, he has experience in warehouse management, floor installation and sales.
Frank Coppolino will serve as Bona’s Adhesive Specialist for the Northeastern US. He has 25 years of experience in the New York City commercial flooring industry. With knowledge of quality products and the best installation techniques, Coppolino has shared his insights with many architects and designers in his region. A member of the NWFA and MFMA, he brings his expertise in specialty flooring systems to the Bona team.
