So since I’ve been thinking about the NWFA Expo, I thought I’d share a few more snaps by master photographer, Jason Wise, one of my favorite stalkers!

I like visiting the Pennwood operations in PA. It’s a nice facility with really nice people—and it’s 45 minutes from my father’s house! And I will never be able to thank Skip enough for his kindness to my mother who missed the PA specialty of Scrapple. If you don’t know what that is, don’t ask.
I was very excited to meet Barry Flath, Floor Covering Manager of Sterling Carpet One. He’s one of our customers and it was a lot of fun to talk to him.
Ms. Wei Shen represents two Chinese associations and wears many hats:
- China Wood Importers Committee (CWIC)
- China Timber and Wood Products Distribution Association (CTWPDA)
John Salvador of Wego Floors followed me from New Orleans to Tampa. Where shall we meet next?
Giannina Vick of Bozovich and I also keep meeting at one convention or show after another!
Alex White of NC State was a lot of fun to talk Oregon with. I expect to see her out here one of these days.
Steve White of Quarter Sawn Flooring was good to pal around with. And they’re doing some pretty product these days.
Carol Goodwin and Harold Brickman dig into the challenges of making the old new again. And no, Harold, that’s not a dig at you!
Here, Cindy Squires of the IWPA and Amy Smith of the WWF and I advertise the upcoming IWPA Due Care Training Program after our Lacey presentation at the NWFA Expo.
There are still more pics to come. I’m told the NWFA has more than 5000 photos from the Expo and I am guessing Jason took maybe half of those following me around…. So I trust there is at least one more run of photos coming up in a future blog!
