Magnolia Flooring Mill in Hamburg is seeking a Mill Manager. The Mill Manager is responsible for management of all facets of hardwood flooring production. Duties include safety facilitator, yard flow management, drying operations, production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years hardwood flooring management experience, knowledge of hardwood grading (flooring and lumber), experience with drying operations (pre-driers, kilns, boilers) and possess excellent communication skills.
