The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) recently announced that Andrea Dobbins has joined the group’s philanthropic arm, the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF), as executive director.
Dobbins most recently served as the Director of Donor Engagement and Strategy for the United Way where she was responsible for overseeing fundraising and marketing functions at United Way of Northwest Georgia. She holds an BS in Marketing Systems from Dalton State College and an MBA from Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.
In her new role Dobbins will be responsible for the forward direction, vision, and growth of the Foundation. She will report to Steve Abernathy, the WFCA Chief Financial Officer, as well as the FCIF Board of Directors.
